Working @ Genesco

At Genesco, I managed a POS system upgrade project for over 1,400 Journeys retail stores throughout North America, reporting to the IS System Development Sr Project Manager. The project progress was tracked and made more efficient using SmartSheet project management spreadsheets and was completed in record timing.
Furthermore, I temporarily took over the Operations Lead role where I oversaw all construction for new and closing stores as well as stores undergoing remodels and relocations. In this role, I led multiple New Store Operations weekly stand-up meetings and reported directly to the Director of the Genesco Program Management Office.
