Working @ Viral Nation

I started working at Viral Nation as a Project Coordinator and one of the first 20 members of their tech teem. Soon after that, I became the team's Customer Success Manager where I managed relationships with Major League Baseball, PepsiCo, L'Oreal and more. As the CSM, I worked with these companies to do social media safety checks for their influencers and for the MLB 2022 Draft prospects to ensure the companies' clients didn't have any inappropriate or insensitive posts to avoid future controversies and scandals.
Furthermore, I was the lead android app tester, I tested design prototypes and VN production apps prior to stakeholder product demos, and worked with developers to ensure fixes were implemented smoothly and in a timely manner. I reported directly to the tech teams' CTO and VP or Product Success.
